  • 1/2 lemon grated

  1. Grind the cookies with a rolling pin and mix them with the butter and an egg to form a paste.
  2. Grease a cake mold, pour the prepared paste over it and cover the bottom and sides forming a basket.
  3. Mix all the remaining ingredients in the blender, except the fruit and pour over the prepared basket.
  4. Introduce in the microwave at 75% of its power for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and let cool.
